Returns & Exchanges

At Wrangler Zone, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information to understand our policies and procedures.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Clearance items (e.g., Men’s Clearance Jeans)
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Include the RAN: Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired size or style in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Wrangler Zone.
